CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, RELATING TO CEMETERIES, PROVIDING FOR
INCREASED FEES FOR LOTS AND PERMITS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
PART I
That Chapter 6, Section 6-2 (c), "Prlces Pa~d For Lots ~n
City Cemeteries" of the Code of Ordinances oi the City of Denton,
Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows
"(c) Prices Paid For Lots in City Cemeteries
Non-resident of Denton $300 00
Resident of Denton Lot $250 00
Infant Lot $ 75 00
Concrete Work Permit $ 25 00
Interment Permit $ 25 00
Each ~nfant lot or space shall be ~n designated areas
at I O O F and Oakwood Cemeteries"
