ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1,
AND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO AN APPROXIMATELY 6 769 ACRE TRACT IN
THE A HILL SURVEY, ABSTRACT 623 LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET
WEST OF TEASLEY LANE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE 1-355 SERVICE ROAD
BETWEEN TEASLEY LAND AND SAM BASS ROAD, AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THA CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The Zoning Classification and Use designation of the
following described property, to-wit
Tract One All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land
situated in the A Hill Survey, Abstract 623, City and County of
Denton, Texas, being a part of a certain (called) 10 709 acre
tract deeded by Florence Marie Flanagan to Gary J Rhyne on the
13th day of January, 1978, recorded in Volume 871, Page 301,
Deed Records o~ said County, and being more fully described as
follows
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said 10 706 acre tract at
an iron pin at a fence corner,

deeded by Elen T Bateman to Leslie A Traweek on June 1, 1959,
recorded in Volume 447, Page 89, Deed Records of said County,
and being more particularly described as follows
BEDGINNING at an Iron pin on the south right of way of
Interstate Highway 35E also belng the northeast corner of said
tract,

The Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted the 14th
day of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Denton, Texas, under Ordinance No 69-1, be, and the
same ~s hereby amended to show such change an Distract Classafxca-
t~on and Use
SECTION II
That the City Counc,1 of the C*ty of Denton, Texas, hereby
fands that such change ~s in accordance wlth a comprehensive plan
for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the C~ty of
Denton, Texas, and with reasonable consaderatlon, among other
thanes for the character of the dlstr~ct and for its peculiar
sultablllty or particular uses, and with a view to conserving the
value of the bualdlngs, protecting human lives, and encouraging
the most appropriate uses of land for the maximum benefxt to the
City of Denton, Texas, and ~ts c~tlzens
SECTION III
That this ordanance shall be in full force and effect immedi-
ately after its passage and approval, the required public hearings
havang heretofore been held by the Plannang and Zoning Commlssaon
and the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, after glvlng
due notice thereof
