AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGITHE 1982-83 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS BY INCREASING THE GENERAL PROJECT FUND ACCOUNT BY THE SUM
OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000), AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The 1982-83 Budge,t of the C~ty of Denton, Texas ~s hereby
amended by transferrang the sum of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000 00) from the Employee Traan~ng Fund Account No
100-003-0008-8531 to the General Pro3ect Fund Account No
430-003-0008-8531
SEQTION II
The Contract executed between the C~ty of Denton and W~ll~am
M Mercer, Incorporated, a copy of whach ~s attached hereto and
made a part hereof, shall be amended to extend the term of sa~d
contract through November 30, 1983
SECTION III
That tha$ ordinance shall become effective lmmedaately from
and after ars date of passage, and at as so ordaaned
