ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTIC~ OF SUCH
PUBLIC HEARING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
On the ~ day of ~, 1985, at ~ o'clock
in the Clty Council Chamb~6-f-t~iG~Munlclpal Building, the City
Council of the City of Denton, Texas will hold a public hearing
giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard
on the proposed annexation by the City of Denton, Texas of the
property described below

hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be
heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Denton, Texas of

All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the County of Denton. State of Texas, and being part
of the M. Forrest Survey, Abstract No 417 and being more par-
ticularly described as follows
BEGINNING at a point ~n the present c~ty l~mits as established
by Ordinances No 65-45 Tract I, said point lying in the West
boundary line of the M Forrest Survey, Abstract No 417 and 250
feet Norqh of and perpendlcuular to the center l~ne of F M 426
(McK~nney St ),
THENCE Easterly 250 feet North of and parallel to the centerllne
of F M 426 (McKlnney Street) the following courses and
distances, (1) South 77024' Bast 498 72 feet to the beginning of
a curve to the rxght, (2) Easterly 865 29 Feet along said curve
to the rlght with a radius 11711 16 feet, central angle 4°1',

The Mayor of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, ~s hereby authorized
and d~rected to cause not~ce of such public hearing to be
published once ~n a newspaper having general c~rculat~on ~n the
C~ty and ~n the above described territory not more than forty
days nor less than twenty days prior to the date of such public
hearing, all ~n accordance w~th the Municipal Annexation Act
(Actlcle 970a, Vernon's Texas C~wl Statutes)
