TEXAS, BY ORDINPdqCh NO 69-1, AND AS SAID M~IP APPLihS fO 707
CARROLL BOULEVARD IN THE C1 FY AND COUNTY O~ DENTON, AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF IHE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HERhBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zoning Classification and Use designation of the
following described property, to-wit
Carroll Park Addition, part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 8, known as
707 Carroll Boulevard,
which is classified as Two Family (2F) D~str~ct Classification
Use under the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Cxty of
Denton, Texas ~s hereby changed and a Specific Use Permit ~s
hereby granted for the use of sa~d property for a day care
center, subject to the following conditions and restriction
to-w~t
1 Ail vehicle access to the day care center to be
by way of Colt Street only
2 The number of children to be accommodated shall
be l~m~ted to fifty ($0)
The Zoning Map of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, adopted the
14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of
Ordinances of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, under Ordinance No
69-1, be, and the same is hereby amended to show such change in
D~str~ct Llasslf~cat~on and Use
SECTION II
That the City council of the C~ty of Denton, texas hereby
finds that such change ~s in accordance wth a comprehensive plan
for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the C~ty of
Denton, Texas, and w~th reasonable consideration, among other
th~ngs for the character of the dlstr~ct and for ~ts peculiar
suitability or particular uses, and with a view to conserving
the value of the buildings, protectxng human lives, and
encouraging the most appropriate uses of land for the maximum
benefit to the City of Denton, Texas, and its c~t~zens
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall be ~n full force and effect
~mmedlately after ~ts passage and approval, the required public
hearings having heretofore been helO by the Planning and Zoning

Commission and the City Council of the C~ty of Denton, Texas,
