1983-079AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF ]HE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS PuN APPENDIX ro THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO A 106 83 ACRE TRALT OF LAND IN THE B MORRIS SURVEY, ABSTRACT 868, AND THE MARY L AUSTIN SURVEY, ABSTRACT 4, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BE1NG GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS LOCATED NORTH OF SPENCER ROAD AND EAST O~ WOODROW LANE, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN E~ECTIVE DATE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS SECTION I The Zoning Classification and Use designation of the follow- lng described property, to-wit 106 83 acres out of the B Morris Survey, Abstract 868 and the Mary L Austin Survey, Abstract 4, Denton County, Texas, being further described as BEGINNING at an iron pin on the North side of a 50' gravel road conveyed from Alec D~ckey to Denton County February 1955, Volume 40?, page 4?2, County Records, Denton County, Texas and the center line of Woodrow Lane being the Southwest corner of said tract, THENCE North 00022'00'' Bast 1645 54' to the Northwest corner of said tract, THENCE North 89°41'00 Bast 1415 8?' to a corner, THENCE South 02°00'00'' Bast 294 39' to a corner, tHENCE North 89°41'00'' Bast 1316 59' to the Northeast corner of said tract, THENCE South 01°S4'30'' West i$?Z 18' to the Southeast corner of said tract, THENCE South 89°41'00'' West 2702 32' to the point of beginning is hereby changed from from Planned Development (PD-i?)
