AS A PUBLIC STREET AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The City of Denton, Texas, hereby accepts the conveyance and
dedication by deed of gift from Bob Trxpp and David E lrlpp,
Trustees of the Bob B Trlpp Trust No 2, of that certaxn real
property situated in the B B B & C R R Company Survey, Abstract
No 186, Denton County, Texas, and recorded in Volume 996, Page
3?6 of the Deed Records of Denton County to the City of Denton,
Texas, for the use of said property as a public street and for
utll~txes, said property being more partxcularly described as
follows
All that certaxn 1 817 acre tract, parcel or strip of land
situated xn the B B B & C R R Company Survey, Abstract No 186,
Denton County, Texas, said tract bexng part of lands described in
deed to B E & D B Trxpp as recorded in Volume 996, Page 3?6
of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas, said tract bexng
further described herexn by metes and bounds as follows

SECTION II
The City of Denton hereby accepts the conveyance and deed of
gift of the real property described in Section I hereof for the
purposes of a public street and for utilities
SECTION III
The Mayor of the City of Denton Is hereby authorized to sign
the instrument of deed of gift executed by Bob Tnpp and David
Trlpp, Trustees of the Bob ~ Tr~pp Trust No 2, accepting such
deed of g~ft and the conditions therein on behalf of the City of
Denton, Texas
SECTION IV
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Denton is
hereby authorized and d~rected to let the real property herein
dedicated be designated as a public street on the Official Map of
the C~ty of Denton, Texas
SECTION V
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and approval
