AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON BOTH SIDES
OF CARROLL BOULEVARD TWO-HUNDRED FIFTY FEET (250') NORTH OF FAIN
STREET TO SHERMAN DRIVE DURING THE ANNUAL SPRING FLING TO BE
HELD APRIL 16 AND 17, 1983,, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
When signs are erected glvlng not~ce thereof, parking shall
be prohibited upon the following street in the City of Denton
to-w~t
Both s~des of Carroll Boulevard two hundred and flkty
feet (250') north of Fa~n Street to Sherman Drlve
durlng the annual Spr~ng Fllng to be held on April 16
and 17, 1983
SECTION II
That port~on of the above described street designated as
temporary no parking shall revert back to the parking zone
regulations ~mmedlately from and after the closing of the Spr~ng
Fl~ng on April 17, 1983
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately from
and after its passage and approval
