AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX B-ZONING OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, 1969, AS AMENDED, BY
DELETING IN THE APPENDIX ILLUSTRATION THERETO THE EXCEPTION TO
THE REQUIRED SIDE YARD FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS WHERE A FIRE
WALL IS PROVIDED ON THE LOT LINE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Appendix Illustration "3 Yards" of Appendix
B-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton,
Texas, 1969, as amended, is hereby further amended in part by
deleting entlrely therefrom the provision thereof that reads as
follows
"NOTE No Side Yard for accessory buildings need be
provided where a f~re wall is provlded on the lot
line on one side of the lot only Such provlslon ~s
also applicable to the Rear Yard"
SECTION II
That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon ~ts passage and approval
