Municipal Building, 215 E McK~nney Street, ~n the
C~ty of Denton until
7 00 p m , Tuesday, February 21, 1984
for the purchase of
$1,000,000 utility System Revenue Bonds, Serles 1984,
to be dated March 1, 1984, and to mature serially
December 1 each year 1985 through 2004
Sealed b~ds, plalnly marked "Bld for Bonds", should
be addressed to "Honorable Mayor and C~ty Council,
C~ty of Denton, Texas", and must be submitted on
the "Official B~d Form" to be made available by the
C~ty Council prior the date of sale
Ail sealed b~ds wlll be publicly opened and tabu-
lated before the Council
Cop~es of the "Official Statement", "Notlce of Sale",
and "Official B~d Form" are being prepared and w~ll
be ma~led to prospective b~dders on or about January
31, 1984, and w~ll be furnished to any prospectlve
b~dder upon request, by F~rst Southwest Company,

~n the "Denton Record-Chronicle", which has been designated as
the official newspaper of the C~ty of Denton Sa~d publica-
tions shall be made at least thirty days prlor to the day set
for receiving bids
