AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (c) OF
SECTION 25-60 TO PROVIDE FOR NEW WATER RATES FOR THE SALE FOR
RESALE (W-3) CUSTOMER CLASS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
OCTOBER 1, 1982.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That Section 25-60 Subparagraph (c) of Chapter 25 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby
amended so that the same shall hereafter read as follows
(c) Sales for Resale (W-3)
Customer Charge $110 00 Per Month
Volume Charge $ 1 19 Per 1,000 gallons
SECTION II
That this Ordinance shall become effective on the 1st day of
October, 1982, and the City Secretary is hereby directed to
cause the caption of this ordinance to be published twice in the
Denton Record-Chronicle, the official newspaper of the City of
Denton, Texas, within ten (10) days of the date of its passage
