1982-053 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1981-82 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS BY TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($3,500 00) FROM ACCOUNT NO 01-96-89-08 TO ACCOUNT NO
01-96-89-05 AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT THEREOF TO RETIRED
SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (RSVP)
WHEREAS, there exists an emergency requiring an amendment to
the Budget of the City of Denton, Texas for the fiscal year
1981-82, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars
($3,500.00) is hereby transferred from Account No 01-96-89-08
to Account No 01-96-89-05
SECTION II
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to
transfer and pay the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred and
No/100 Dollars ($3,500 00) to the Retired Senior Volunteer
Program (RSVP) for service to be performed under its contract
with the City of Denton, Texas
