08 TO PROVIDE FOR. A DETAILED PLAN FOR 15 31 ACRES LOCATED WITHIN
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT 39 (PD-39) ZONING DISTRICT, THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
BEING LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF STUART ROAD AND LOOP 288,
