AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11-39 OF ARTICLE III OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
Section 11-39 of Article III of the Code of the City of
Denton is hereby amended so that it shall hereafter read as
follows
"Section 11-39 Food Handling Permits - Duration
(1) Any permit granted under the provisions of
Section 11-39 subsection (1) of this ordinance
shall remain in full force and effect twenty-four
(24) months from the date of issuance unless
sooner revoked for cause "
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective from its date of
passage and approval
