AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1981-82 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
DENTON, TEXAS BY INCREASING THE ELECTRIC FUND $1,500,000,
TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,000 FROM
BUILDING OPERATIONS ACCOUNT TO THE "TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL
PROJECT FUND ACCOUNT", AND DECLARING AN EFFFCTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The 1981-82 Budget of the City of Denton, Texas is hereby
amended by ~ncreaslng the Electric Fund in the amount of
$1,500,000 and transferring appropriations ~n the amount of
$24,000 from Building Operations Account to the "Transfer to
the General Project Fund Account"
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
date of passage
