1981-075AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 19-25 OF THE CODF OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, RELATING TO THE CONSUMPTION OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PREMISES WHERE BILLIARD TABLES ARE OWNED
AND OPERATED AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATF
THE COUNCIL OF THECITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
Sect,on 19-23 of the Code of Ordinances of the C~ty of
Denton, Texas, heretofore effective, be and the same is hereby
repealed
SECTION II
Th~s ordinance shall become effective from and after its
date of passage and approval
