THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 6q-l, AND AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO BLOCK 1, LOTS 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 AND 18 PHASE
l-A, NORTH LAKE PARK ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The Zoning Classification and Use designation of the following
described property,
Ail that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land lying and being
s~tuated in the City and County of Denton, State of Texas, and
being known as Block 1, Lots 11, 12, 1~, 14, lB, 16, 17 AND 18
Phase I-A, North Lake Park Addition, an add~txon to the C~ty of
Denton, Texas
~s hereby changed from Two-Family "?=F" D~str~ct Classification
Use to S~ngle Family "SF-7" D~str~ct Classification and Use under
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the C~ty of Denton, Texas
The Zoning Map of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, adopted the 14th day
of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances of the
C~ty of Denton, Texas under Ordinance No 69-1, be, and the same
~s hereby amended to show such change ~n D~str~ct Classification
and Use
SECTION II
That the C~ty Council of the C~ty of Denton, Texas hereby
f~nds that such change ~s ~n accordance w~th a comprehensive plan
for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the C~ty of
Denton, Texas, and w~th reasonable consideration, among other
th~ngs for the character of the d~str~ct and for ~ts peculiar
suitability or particular uses, and w~th a vxew to conserving the
value of the buildings, protecting human l~ves, and encouraging
the most appropriate uses of land for the max~m~ benefit to the
C~ty of Denton, Texas, and ~ts c~t~zens
SECTION III
That th~s ordinance shall be ~n full force and effect
~ed~ately after ~ts passage and approval, the required public
hearings hawng heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and the C~ty Council of the C~ty of Denton, Texas,
after g~wng due not~ce thereof
