THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS

Ordinance No 76-55 passed and approved by the City Council
of the Clty of Denton, Texas on the 23rd day of November, 1976
and Section 2-26 of the Code of the City of Denton, Texas be,
and the same are hereby repealed

The Community Ethnic Relations Board of the City of Denton
is hereby abolished
P~T III
This ordinance shall become effectxve from and after ~ts
date of passage, and it is so ordained
