AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE RESFARCH AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
BOARD OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 75-3
PASSED AND APPROVED ON MARCE 4, 1975, AND PROVIDING AN EFFFCTIVE
DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS
PART I
Ordinance No 75-3 passed and approved by the City Council
of the City of Denton, Texas on the 4th day of March, 1~75 be,
and the same is hereby repealed
PART II
The Research and Economic Development Board of the City of
Denton is hereby abolished
PART III
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
date of passage, and it is so ordained
