AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-115 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
DENTON, TEXAS BY ADDING A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH (c) TO SECTION 24-115
PROHIBITING PARKING AT C~RTAIN LOCATIONS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
11 00 P M AND 6 00 A M ON THE FOLLOWING DAY, AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
Section 24-115 of the Code of the C~ty of Denton ~s hereby
amended by addxng a new subparagraph (c) to Section 24-115
read~ng as follows
(c) When s~gns are ~n place gxv~ng not~ce thereof, no person
shall stop, stand or park a vehicle or cause a vehicle to be
stopped or parked between the hours of 11 00 P M and 6 00 A M
on the followxng day upon the follow~ng portxons of public
streets ,n the C~ty of Denton, Texas
(1) East s~de of Lakey Street from the north r~ght
of way lxne of East Pra~rte Street to the
south r~ght of way l~ne of Sycamore Street
(2) The south s~de of East Pra~rxe Street from the
east r~ght of way l~ne of Lakey Street to the
west r~ght of way l~ne of Bradshaw Street
(5) The west s~de of Bradshaw Street from the
south r~ght of way l~ne of Sycamore Street to
the north r~ght of way l~ne of Hast Pratr~e
Street
(4) W~lson Street from the east r~ght of way l~ne
of Lakey Street to the west r~ght of way lxne
of Bradshaw Street

Th,s ordinance shall become effective from and after ~ts
date of passage and xt ~s so ordaxned
