AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS,
AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS AN APPENDIX TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO LOTS 3 ~ 4, BOLIVAR NORTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DENTON,
AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTI,ON
The Zoning Classification and Use designation of the following
described property, to-w~t
Being all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land known as Lots
~ 4 of the Bolivar North Addition, an Addition to the City and
County of Denton and being along the west s~de of Elm Street
beginning approximately 695 feet south of Orr Street,
is hereby changed from S~ngle-Famlly "SF-?" D~strlct Classifi-
cation Use to Two-Family "2F" District Classification and Use under
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas
The Zoning Map of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, adopted the 14th day of
January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Denton, Texas under Ordinance No 69-1, be, and the same
hereby amended to show such change ~n District Classification and
Use
SECTION II
That the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas hereby finds
that such change is ~n accordance with a comprehensive plan for the
purpose of promoting the general welfare of the City of Denton,
Texas, and w~th reasonable consideration, among other th~ngs for the
character of the d~strlct and for Its peculiar suitability or
particular uses, and with a wew to conserving the value of the
buildings, protecting human lives, and encouraging the most
appropriate uses of land for the maximum benefit to the C~ty of
Denton, Texas, and its Cltlzens
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall be ~n full force and effect
~mmed~ately after ~ts passage and approval, the required public
hearings hawng heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, after
g~vlng due not~ce thereof
