AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE BELOW DESCRIBED LOCATIONS AS
HISTORIC LANDMARKS UNDER ORDINANCE NO 80-30 (ARTICLE 28A OF
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Historic Landmark Commission and the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the Ctty of Denton have recommended
that the property here~n described be designated as h~stor~c
landmarks ~n the C~ty of Denton, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The following descrzbed locations shall be designated as
h~storzc landmarks under Ordinance No 80-30, Article 28A of
the Comprehensive Zonzng Ordznance of the Czty of Denton, Texas
1 H-14 610 West Oak Street
2 H-IS 1819 Bell Avenue
3 H-16 818 West Oak Street
SECTION II
The historic landmark deszgnat~on shall be znd~cated upon
the zoning map of the City of Denton by the letter "H", and the
property herein descrzbed shall be subject to all of the terms,
prowszos and requirements of Ordinance No 80-30, Artzcle 28A
of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Denton,
Texas
SECTION III
Th~s ordinance shall become ef£ect~ve from and after ~ts
date of passage ~
