AN OHDINANCE A~NDING T~E 3ONING I~%P O~ TEE CITY O~ DENTON, TEXAS,
AS SANE ~ ~J30~TED AS ~ APPENDIX TO THE CODE O~ ORDINANCES O~ THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO LOTS 1 & 2 BOLIVAR NORTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DENTON,
DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
The Zoning Classification and Use designation of the following
described property, to-wit
Lots 1 & 2 Bolivar North Addltlon to the Clty of Denton,
Denton County, Texas, located on the east side of the
street in the 2600 Block of Bolivar Street in the City of
Denton, Texas,
is hereby changed from S~ngle-Famlly "SF-7" Dlstr~ct Classification
Use to Two-Family "2-F" D~strlct Class~flcatlon and Use under the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas The
Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted the 14th day of
January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Denton, Texas under Ordinance No 69-1, be, and the same
hereby amended to show such change ~n District Classification and
Use
SECTION II
That the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas hereby finds
that such change is ~n accordance with a comprehensive plan for the
purpose of promoting the general welfare of the City of Denton,
Texas, and w~th reasonable consideration, among other things for the
character of the dlstr~ct and for Its peculiar suitability or
particular uses, and with a v~ew to conserving the value of the
bu~ldlngs, protecting human l~ves, and encouraging the most
appropriate uses of land for the maximum benefit to the City of
Denton, Texas, and its citizens
SECTION III
That th~s ordinance shall be ~n full force and effect
immediately after 1ts passage and approval, the required public
hearings having heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and the City Councll of the City of Denton, Texas, after
giving due not~ce thereof
