FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1. 1980 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 50, 1981 TO PROVIDE FOR FIVE(§) LIEUTENANTS AND
SEVEN (7) SERGEANTS IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
DENTON
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
Ordinance No 80-75 adopting the budget for the f~scal year
beginning October 1, 1980 and ending September 50, 1981 ~s
hereby amended to provide for the employment of the following
classified pos~t~ons ~n the Police Department of the C~ty of
Denton, to-w~t
FIVE (S) LIEUTENANTS
SEVEN (7) SERGEANTS
SECTION II
Any poslt~on heretofore ex~st~ng ~n excess of f~ve (S)
L~eutenants or seven [7) Sergeants ~s hereby abolished
SECTION III
Th~s ordinance shall become effective from and after the
17th day of February, 1981
