AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS,
AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS AN APPENDIX TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO LOT 2 l, BLOCK 330 AS SHOWN THIS DATE ON THE OFFICIAL
TAX MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DES-
CRIBED THEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted the
14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendmx to the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Denton, Texas, under provmsmons of Ordmnance No 69-1,
be, and the same ms hereby amended as follows
All the hereinafter described property ms hereby removed
from the Multi-Fammly "MF-I" Dmstrlct as shown on said
Zoning Map, and all provismons of Ordmnance No 69-1,
adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as amended, shall
hereafter apply to said property as Smngle-Fammly "SF-7"
D~striet in the same manner as other property located mn
the Single-Family "SF-7" Dmstrlct,
All that certamn lot, tract or parcel of land lymng and
being smtuated in the Cmty and County of Denton, State
of Texas, and bemng Lot 2 l, Block 330 and being located
at 923 West Oak Street mn the City of Denton, Texas
SECTION II
That the City Council of the Cmty of Denton, Texas hereby
finds that such change is in accordance wmth a comprehensive plan
for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the City of
Denton, Texas, and with reasonable consmderatmon, among other thmngs
for the character of the district and for mts peculiar sultabllmty
or particular uses, and with a vmew to conserving the value of the
buildings, protecting human lives, and encouragmng the most appro-
priate uses of land for the maximum benefmt to the Cmty of Denton,
Texas, and its citizens
SECTION III
That th~s ordinance shall be in full force and effect mmmedl-
ately after its passage and approval, the required publmc hearings
having heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning Commmssmon
and the C~ty Council of the City of Denton, Texas, after gmvmng due
notice thereof
