THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY O~INANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID MAP
APPLIES TO LOT 6, BLOCK 324, AS SHO~ THIS DATE ON TItE OFFICIAL
TAX ~P OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DES-
CRIB~ THAREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THA COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted the
14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Denton, Texas, under provisions of Ordinance No 69-1,
be, and the s~e is hereby mended as follows
All the hereinafter described property is hereby removed
from the Multi-Family "MF-I" District as shown on said
Zoning Map, and all provisions of Ordinance No 69-1,
adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as amended, shall
hereafter apply to said property a~ Off~ee "O" Dlstr~ct
· n the same manner as other property located in the
Office "O" District,
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lymng and
being situated in the City and County of Denton, State of
Texas, and being Lot 6, Block 324 and being a 22 acre
tract located at 317 Mulberry in the City of Denton, Texas
SECTION II
That the City Council of the Cmty of Denton, Texas hereby
finds that such change ~s in accordance with a comprehensive plan
for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the City of
Denton, Texas, and w~th reasonable consideration, among other thmngs
for the ch~acter of the district and for its peculmar suitabmlmty
or partmcular uses, and with a vmew to conservmng the value of the
buildings, protecting human lzves, and encouraging the most appro-
priate uses of land for the maximum benefit to the Cmty of Denton,
Texas, and mrs citmzens
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ~mmed~-
ately after its passage and approval, the required public hearings
having heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning Commission
and the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, after glvzng due
notice thereof
