THE CITY OF DENTON, TE~S, BY O~INANCE NO 69-1, AND AS SAID ~P
APPLIES TO LOT NO 4.1, BLOCK NO 444E, AS SHO~ THIS DATE ON THE
OFFICIAL TAX ~P OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TE~S, AND ~ORE PARTICU-
LARLY DESCRIBED THEREIN, ~D DECL~ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted the
14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances
of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, under provisions of Ordinance No 69-1,
be, and the s~e is hereby amended as follows
Ail the herelnaft~ described property ~s hereby removed
from the Agricultural "A" D~str~ct as shown on said Zon-
ing Map, and all ~OVlSlons of Ordlnance NO 69-1, adopted
the 14th day of January, 1969, as amended , shall hereafter
apply to sald property as S~ngle-Fam~ly "SF-7" D~s~lct ~n
the same manner a~ other property l~ated ~n the Single-
Family "SF-7" District,
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and
being situated in the City and County of Denton, State
of Texas, and being Lot No 4 1, Block No 444E and being
approximately 66 acre of land located at the northeast
corner of ~nger and Rlney Roads in the C~ty of Denton,
Texas ·
~ECTION II
That the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas hereby
finds t~t such c~nge is in accordance with a c~prehens~ve plan
for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the C~ty of
Denton, Texas, and with reasonable consideration, among other th~ngs
for the c~racter of the dlstrlct and for ~ts peculiar suitability
or particular uses, and with a v~ew to conserving the value of the
buildings, protecting h~an lives, and encouraging the most appro-
priate uses of land for the maximum benefit to the C~ty of Denton,
Texas, and its citizens
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect l~edl-
ately after its passage and approval, the required public hearings
having heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning Co~lsslon
and the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, after g~vlng due
notice thereof
