APPLIES TO LOT 2 1, BLOCK 233-C, AS SHOWN THIS DATE ON THE OFFICIAL
TAX MAP OF THE CITY OF D~NTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
THEREIN. AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, adopted the
14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendmx to the Code of Ordmnances
of the City of Denton, Texas, under provmsmons of Ordmnance No 69-1,
be, and the same ms hereby amended as follows
All the heremnafter described property ms hereby removed from
the Agrmcultural "A" and Lmght Industrmal "LI" Dmstr~cts as
shown on samd Zonmng Map, and all provmsmons of Ordinance No
69-1, adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as amended, shall
hereafter apply to samd property as Multm-Famlly "MF" Dmstrlct
mn the same manner as other property located mn the Multm-
Family "MF" Dmstrmct,
All that certamn lot, tract or parcel of land smtuated mn the
Alexander Hmll Survey, Abstract No. 623, and the S C Hmram
Survey, Abstract No. 616, and the C. Poullaller Survey, Abstract
No 1007, City of Denton, Denton County, Texas, and bemng part
of a certaln 20 00 acre tract conveyed by Joe Hobson to Ray
Abbott on June 1, 1970, as recorded in Volume 602, Page 608 of
the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas, and bemng more parti-
cularly descrmbed as follows
BEGINNING at a fence corner on the west r~ght of way lmne of
Teasley Lane, samd point also bemng the southeast corner of
sald 20.00 acre tract;
THENCE north 89° 43' 50" west with a fence l~ne most of the way
1159 42 feet to an iron pmn for a corner,

that such change ms mn accordance wmth a comprehensmve plan for the
purpose of promotmng the general welfare of the Cmty of Denton, Texas,
and wmth reasonable consmderatmon, among other thmngs for the character
of the dlstrmct and for its peculmar su~tabmlmty or particular uses,
and wmth a vmew to conservlng the value of the bumldmngs, protectmng
human lmves, and encouraging the most approprmate uses of land for the
maxmmum benefmt to the Cmty of Denton, Texas, and ~ts cltmzens

That this ordinance shall be ~n full force and effect ~mmed~-
ately after lts passage and approval, the required publlc hearlngs
havzng heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning Commission
and the Clty Council of the Czty of Denton, Texas, after g~vlng due
not~ce thereof
