CULARLY DESCRIBED THEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted the
14th day of January, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Denton, Texas, ~nder provisions of Ordinance No 69-1,
be, and the same Ks hereby amended as follows
Ail the hereinafter described property Ks hereby removed
from the Ml~ltl-Fam~ly "MF-i" Dlstrlct as shown on said
Zoning Map, and all provisions of Ordinance NO 69-1,
adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as amended, shall
hereafter apply to said property as Office "0" Distract
an the same manner as other property located an the Office
"O" District,
Ail that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and
being situated an the City and County of Denton, State
of Texas, and being Lot No 5, City Block No 4027 and
comprising approximately one (1) acre of land located
on the west sade of Bonnie Brae Street 3ust south of
Scripture Street
SECTION II
That the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas hereby
finds that such change Ks an accordance with a comprehensive plan
for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the Clty of
Denton, Texas, and with reasonable consideration, among other things
for the character of the dlstrlct and for its peculiar suitability
or particular uses, and with a view to conserving the value of the
buildings, protecting human laves, and encouraging the most appro-
priate uses of land for the maximum benefit to the City of Denton,
Texas, and its citizens.
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall be an full force and effect Immedi-
ately after its passage and approval, the required public hearings
having heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning Commission
and the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, after giving due
notice thereof
