AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE WORK OF IMPROVING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY OF DENTON~ TEXAS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS~ THAT
Ordinance No 75-46 , ordering the improvements of the
hereinafter named streets and levying the assessments was pass-
ed on the 4th day of Noveraber , 1975 A D , and
the work of 'improving the streets described on Exhibit A~ which
is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been completed~
the Director of Community Development of the City of Denton
having measured~ examined and caused to be tested the finished
improvements by the means and in the manner provided by the
terms of such contract and of plans and specifications therein
contained~ and the Director of Community Development having
found ~ha~ such improvements have been constructed and completed
in full compliance with the terms of said con~ract and the plans
and speelfiea~ions ~herein contained, and having approved and
accepted said improvements, and having recommended that the City
Council accept said work and improvements~ it Is~ accordingly,
ordered that said work and improvements have been found by the
Mayor and City Council of the Cit~ of Denton to have been per-
formed and completed in full compliance with the terms of %he
said contract and plans and specifications, and the same is now
hereby accepted and approved b~ the City of Denton~ Texas

lowing streets and portions thereof in the City of Denton,
Texas, has been completed by Jagoe P~l~c Company in accordance
w~th the terms of a contract entered into by and between the
Ci~ of Denton, Texas, and the sald Jagoe P~llc Company dated
Nove~er 4, 1975, and an accordance with the terms of Ordin-
ance No 75-46 passed and approved on the 4th day of Nove~er,
A D 1975, ordering such ~mprovements, Md that such improve-
ments have been constructed and completed in full compliance
wl~ the terms of such contract, and wl~ the plans and speci-
fications therein contained or referred to, and I do hereby
recommend that the Honor~le City Co~c~t accept and receive
said work and ~mprovements as constructed by the sa~d Jagoe
P~llc Company, the said streets and portions thereof being
as follows, to-wit
