AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
DENTON, TEXAS, INCORPORATING THE MANUAL FOR PARKING LOTS,
BARRICADES AND DRIVEWAYS INTO THE WRITTEN POLICIES OF THE
CITY FOR PURPOSES OF THIS ARTICLE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
PART ONE
That the Code of the City of Denton is hereby amended
by substituting the following paragraph in the place of the
existing subsection (c) of Section 21-46 of Article III of
Chapter 21 of said Code, so that hereafter said subsection
(c) of said section shall read as follows
"Ail safety requirements and provisions for barrI-
cades, traffic cones, lights, flares, signs, flag-
men, etc shall be in accordance with the Manual
for Parking Lots, Barricades and Driveways on file
in the Office of the City Engineer"
PART TWO
That this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon
its passage
