AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 74-12 ADOPTED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, MARCH 19, 1974, BY EX-
TENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SAID ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, zt zs the considered opznzon of the Counczl
and staff that reevaluatzon and reconsideratzon of certazn
aspects of said ordinance are deemed advzsable, and
WHEREAS, additional tzme xs needed to solzczt the
zmput of professional and technical personnel and the general
public regarding the extremely technical sub0ect of this
ordmnance, and
WHEREAS, tzme zs of the essence zn that such recon-
szderatton of sazd ordinance should be done zn a dzlzgent and
delzberate manner, Now Therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
That the effectzve date of Ordinance No 74-12 entztled
"The Denton Plumbzng Code" adopted by said Counczl on March 19,
1974, be extended to September 1, 1974, or untzl further action
of the Council
