TAX MAP OFI THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
THEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEY~S, HEREBY ORDAINS

That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted January 14,
1969, as a~ Appendzx to the Code of 0rdznances of the Czty of Denton,
Texas, under provzszons of Ordinance 69-1, be, and the same zs hereby
amended as follows
Ail the hereinafter described property zs hereby removed from the ";"
Agricultural Dzstrlct as shown on sazd Zonzng Map, and all proviszons
of Ordinance No 69-1, adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as amended,
shall hereafter apply to said property as "SF-10" Single Family Distrzct
zn the same manner as other property located zn the "SF-10" Single Fam-
zly Dzstrict,
Ail that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being sztuated
zn the City and County of Denton, State of Texas, and bezng approximately
12 acres on the southwest corner of Hobson and F M Road 2181 being fur-
ther described as Lot No 39, Czty Block No 285 in the City of Denton,
Texas
SECTION II
That the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, hereby finds that
such change is in accordance with a comprehensive plan for the purpose
of promoting the general welfare of the City of Denton, Texas, and with
reasonable conszderatzon, among other things for the character of the
district and for its peculiar suitabzlzty or particular uses, and wzth
a vzew to conserving the value of the bttzldzngs, protectzng human lzves,
and encouraging the most appropriate uses of land for the maxzmum bene-
fit to the City of Denton, Texas and its cztzzens
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall be ~n full force and effect zmmedmately after
zts passage and approval, the required publzc hearzngs having heretofore
been held by the Planning and Zonzng Conunission and the City Counczl of
the City of Denton, Texas, after giving due notzce thereof
