OF DENTON. TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO 69-1 AND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO LOT
NO 7. CI~ BLOCK NO 350-D AS SHOWN TH~S DATE ON THE OFFICIAL TAX MAP
OF THE CITY OF DENTON. TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED THEREIN.
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS. HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton. Texas. adopted January 14.
1969. as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Denton.
Texas. under provisions of Ordinance 69-1. be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows
All the he~einafter described property is hereby removed from the "SF-?"
Single Family District as shown on sa~d Zoning Map. and all provls~ons
of Ordinance No 69-1. adopted the 14th day of January. 1969. as amended.
shall hereafter apply to said property as "2F" Two Family District in
the same manner as other property located in the "2F" Two Family District.
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situated
in the City and County of Denton, State of Texas, and being Lot No 7,
C~ty Block No 350-D, and being further described as being located at the
northwest corner of proposed Parvin Street and Bernard Street in the City
of Denton, Texas
SECTION II
That the City Council of the Czty of Denton, Texas, hereby finds that
such change is in accordance with a comprehenszve plan for the purpose
of promoting the general welfare of the Czty of Denton, Texas, and wzth
reasonable consideration, among other thzngs for the character of the
district and for its peculiar suztability or partzcular uses, and with
a view to conserving the value of the bnildzngs, protecting human lzves,
and encouraging the most appropriate uses of land for the maximum bene-
fzt to the City of Denton, Texas and zts cztzzens
SECTION III
bat thzs ordinance shall be in full force and effect zmmed~ately after
its passage and approval, the requzred publzc hearzngs havzng heretofore
been held by the Planning and Zoning Commisszon and the City Counczl of
the City of Denton, Texas, after giving due notice thereof
