IMPROVING CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY
OF DENTON, TEXAS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS,
THAT
ance No 67-2 , closing the hearing and levying the assess-
ments w&s passed on the ]0th,, day of January , 19 67
A D , and the work of 1mprov~ng the streets described on Exhibit
A, which is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been
completgd, the Director of Community Development of the City of
Denton having measured, examined and caused to be tested the
fzn~she~ improvements by the means and in the manner provided
by the terms of such contract and of plans and specifications
there~n contained, and the Director of Community Development
having found that such ~mprovements have been constructed and
completed an full compliance with the terms of sa~d contract and
the plans and spec~flcatlons %here~n contained, and having ap-
proved and acdepted sa~d =mprovements, and hav~ng recommended
that the City Council accept sa~d work and 1mprovements, ~t ~s,
accordingly, ordered that sa~d work and improvements have been
found by the Mayor and C~ty Council of the C~ty of Denton to
have been performed and completed 1n full compliance w~th the
terms of the said contract and plans and specifications, the
same is now hereby accepted and approved by the C~ty of Denton,
Texas

C,ty of Denton, Texas, do hereby certify to the Honorable C~ty Council
of sa~d C~ty that the work of mprowng the follomng streets and
portions thereof ~n the C~ty of Denton, Texas, as descmbed here~n, has
been completed by Public Construction Company ~n accordance w~th the
terms of a contract entered ~nto by and between the C~ty of Denton, Texas,
and the said Public Construction Company dated November 22, 1966, and
,n accordance w~th the terms of Ordinance No 67-2, passed and approved
on the 10th day of January, A D 1967, ordemng such ~mprovements, and
that such ~raprovements have been constructed and completed ~n full
compliance w~th the terms of such contract, and ruth the plans and
specifications there~n contained or referred to, and I do hereby
recomnend that the Honorable C~ty Council accept and receive sa~d work
and improvements as constructed by the sa~d Public Construction Company,
the sa~d streets and portions thereof being descmbed as follows
