CITY BLOCK 350-R AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL CITY
MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON~ TEXAS~ AND MORE PART-
ICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON~ TEXAS~ HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I.
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton~ Texas~ 1961~
adopted as a Part of Parts II and III of Chapter 13~ of the
Code of Ordinances of the Caty of Denton~ Texas~ under pro-
vasaons of Ordanance No 61-19~ be~ and the same as hereby
amended as follows
Ail the hereanafter descrabed property as hereby re-
moved from the "R" - Dwelling Dastract as shown on
said map~ and all provaslons of Parts II and III of
Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordanances of the Caty of
Denton~ Texas~ as provaded by Ordlnance No 61-19~ shall
hereafter apply to said property as "LI" - Light Indust-
raal Distract ~n the same manner as other property lo-
cated an the "LI" - Light Industraal Dastract,
All that certaan lot~ tract or parcel of land satuated
an the City and County of Denton~ Texas~ known as
Tracts 3A-l~ 3A~ 5~ 5A-l~ 2F~ 2C~ 2D~ and Lots 6 through
10~ of City Block 350-R~ located at 3211~ 3201 and 3105
Fort Worth Hlghway an the Caty of Denton~Texas~ and be-
ang in the B B B & C R R Survey~ Abstract No 196
SECTION II.
That the Caty Council of the Caty of Denton~ Texas, here-
by finds that such change as ~n accordance wath a comprehensave
plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the
C~ty of Denton~ Texas~ and wath reasonable consaderataon~ among
other thangs~ for the character of the distract and for ats
pecullar suataballty or particular uses, and wath a vaew to
conservang the value of the bualdlngs~ protecting human llves~
and encouragang the most appropraate uses of land for the
maxamum benefat to the City of Denton and ars catazens
That th~s ordinance shall be in full force and effect
~ed~ately after ~ts passage and approval~ the required
p~l~¢ hearings hav~ng heretofore been held by the Planning
and Zoning Comlss~on and the C~ Council of the City of
Denton~ Texas~ after g~v~ng due not~ce thereof
