in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall.
Present: Mayor Watts;Mayor Pro Tern Roden;Interim City Manager Martin;Assistant City
Managers Fortune, Cabrales and Langley; and City Secretary Walters
1. The Committee reviewed the upcoming city council agenda for January 9 and the two meetings
scheduled for January 10.
The listed agenda items were reviewed noting changes in item position on the agendas.
2. The Committee reviewed the Future City Council Items matrix.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:26 p.m.
