1970-028AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE WORK OF IMPROVING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS, THAT
Ordinance No 69-~B , ordering the improvements of the
hereinafter named streets and levying the assessments was pass-
ed on the 9th day of September , , 19 69 A D , and
the work of improving the streets described on Exhibit A, which
is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been completed,
the Director of Community Development of the Cmty of Denton
having measured, examined and caused to be tested the finished
mmprovements by the means and in the manner provided by the
terms of such contract and of plans and specifmcations therein
contained, and the Director of Community Development having
found that such improvements have been constructed and completed
mn full compliance with the terms of said contract and the plans
and specifications therein contained, and having approved and
accepted said improvements, and having recommended that the City
Council accept said work and improvements, it is, accordingly,
ordered that said work and mmprovements have been found by the
Mayor and City Council of the City of Denton to have been per-
formed and completed in full compliance with the terms of the
said contract and plans and specifications, and the same is now
hereby accepted and approved by the City of Denton, Texas

of a contract entitled "Street Assessment Program #6 1969, Alternate "A", entered
· nto by and between the C~ty of Denton, Texas and the said Jagoe-Publ~c Construction
Company dated September 9, 1969 and also n~ accordance with the terms of Ordhnance
#69-33 passed and approved on the 9th day of September of A D 1969 ordering
such ~mprovements Such ~mprovements have been constructed and completed ~n full
compliance with the terms of sa~d contract, and w~th the plans and specifications
there~n contained or referred to and I do hereby recomend that the Honorable
City Council accept and receive sa~d work and ~urprovements as constructed by
