Agenda Committee Meeting of the City of Denton City Council on January 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall.
Present: Mayor Watts; City Manager Hileman; Assistant City Managers Martin, Fortune,
Cabrales and Langley; and City Secretary Walters
Two members of the public,Neil Durrance and David Zoltner, were also in attendance.
1. The Committee reviewed the upcoming city council agenda for February 6 and 7, 2017.
The listed agenda items were reviewed noting changes in item position on the agendas.
2. The Committee reviewed the Future City Council Items matrix.
The Committee discussed the timing for a Special Called Meeting. Staff would poll the Council
for a possible 1/31 meeting or the items would be added to the February 6r'' meeting is needed.
Staff would also check on televising the meeting.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:18 p.m.
