AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DENTON,
TEXAS, 1969, AS SAME WAS ADOPTED A~ AN APPFNDIX TO THF CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO
69-1, AND AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO CFPTAIN PROPFRTY KNOWN Ag
CITY LOT 14 OF BLOCK 4027, AS SHOWN ON THF OVFICIAL TAX MAP
OF TH~ CITY OF DFNTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCIRBED
HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVF DATE
THE cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HFREBY ORDAINS
~ECTION I
That the Zoning Map of the City of Denton, Texas, adopted
January 14, 1969, as an Appendix to the Code of Ordinances of
the city of Denton, Texas, under provisions of Ordinance No
69-1, be, and the same is hereby amended a~ follows
All the hereinafter described property is hereby re-
moved from the "MF-i" Multi-Family District as shown
on said Zoning Map, and all provisions of Ordinance
No 69-1 adopted the 14th day of January, 1969, as
amended, shall hereafter apply to said property as
"NS" Neighborhood Service District in the same manner
as other property located in the "NS" Nezghborhood Ser-
vice District,
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land 1yznq and
being situated ~n the City and County of Denton, State
of Texas, known as City I,ot 14 of Block 4027 as shown
this date on the Tax Map of the City of Denton, Texas,
being futher described as being located at 125 Bonnie
Brae Street
SECTION II
That the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas, here-
by finds that such change is in accordance w~th a comprehensive
plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the
C~ty of Denton, Texas, and with reasonable consideration, among
other things, for the character of the district and for its
peculiar suztablllty or particular uses, and with a view to con-
serving the value of the buildings, protecting human l~ves,
and encouraging the most appropriate uses of land for the maxi-
mum benefit to the City of Denton and its citizens
SECTION III
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
mediately after its passage and approval, the required public
hearings having heretofore been held by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas,
after giving due notice thereof
