Agenda Committee Meeting of the City of Denton City Council on February 8 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall.
Present: Mayor Watts; Mayor Pro Tem Roden; City Manager Hileman; Assistant City
Managers Martin, Fortune, Cabrales and Langley; and Assistant City Secretary

1. The Committee reviewed the upcoming city council agenda for February 14 and 21, 2017.
The Committee decided to post the February 21 meeting with a start time of 11:30 for lunch and a
tour of Stoke with a 1:00 p.m. meeting at city Hall. The Committee discussed the listed agenda
items noting changes in item position on the agendas.
2. The Committee reviewed the Future City Council Items matrix.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:40 p.m.
