1969-039 AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE WORK OF IMPROVING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS, THAT
Ordinance No 67-2 , ordering the improvements of the
hereinafter named streets and levying the assessments was pass-
ed on the 10th day of January ,, 1967 A D , and
the work of---~roving the streets described on Exhibit A, which
is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been completed,
the Director of Community Development of the City of Denton
having measured, examined and caused to be tested the finished
improvements by the means and in the manner provided by the
terms of such contract and of plans and specifications therein
contained, and the Director of Community Development having
found that such improvements have been constructed and completed
in full compliance with the terms of said contract and the plans
and specifications therein contained, and having approved and
accepted said improvements, and having recommended that the City
Council accept said work and improvements, it is, accordingly,
ordered that said work and improvements have been found by the
Mayor and City Council of the City of Denton to have been per-
formed ~nd completed in full compliance with the terms of the
said contract and plans and specifications, and the same is now
hereby accepted and approved by the City of Denton, Texas

I, Stanford Hauptmann, City Engineer, of the C~ty of Denton,
Texas, do hereby certify to the Honorable City Council of sa~d
City that the work of ~nprov~ng the following streets and portions
thereof ~n the Czty of Denton, Texas, as described here~n, has been
completed by Public Construction Company ~n accordance with the
terms of a contract entered ~nto by and between the C~ty of Denton,
Texas, and the sa~d Public Construction Company dated November 22,
1966, and in accordance with the terms of Ordinance No 67-2 passed
and approved on the 10th day of January, A D 1967, ordering such
~mprovements, and that such ~mprovements have been constructed and
completed ~n full compliance with the terms of such contract, and
with the plans and specifications there~n contained or referred to,
and I do hereby recommend that the Honorable Czty Council accept
and receive samd work and zmprovements as constructed by the sa~d
Public Construction Company, the said streets and portions thereof
being described as follows
