I, Robert L Pearce, Dlrector of Cor~nunlty Development, of the
City of Denton, Texas, do hereby certify to the Honorable City Council
of sa~d City that the construction of Sequoia Park Pawng Improvements
~n the C~ty of Denton, Texas, has been completed by Jagoe Public
Company in accordance w~th the terms of a contract entered ~nto,
by and between the C~ty of Denton, Texas, and the sa~d Jagoe Public
Con~pany dated November 22, 1968, and that such ~nprovements have been
constructed and completed in full compliance w~th the terms of such
contract, and w~th the plans and specifications there,n contained
or referred to, and I do hereby recomend that the Honorable City
Council accept and receive sa~d work and mprovements as constructed
by the sa~d Jagoe Public C~mpany
