A D , a~nd the work of ~mprov~ng the streets described on Exhzblt
A, which ls made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been
completed, the Dlrector of Community Development of the City of
Denton having measured, examined and caused ~o be tested the
fmnlsh~d improvements by the means and in the manner provlded
by the ,terms of such contract and of plans and speclflcat~ons
thereln contained, and the Director of Communzty Development
having found that such ~mprovements have been constructed and
completed an full complzance w~th the terms of said contract and
the plans and spec~f~catzons %herein contained, and having ap-
proved and acdepted said iK~3rovements, and having recommended
that the Czty Council accept said work and improvements, zt is,
accordingly, ordered that sa~d work and ~mprovements have been
found by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Denton to
have been performed and completed in full compliance w~th the
terms 6f the sazd contract end plans and specifications, the
same is no~'hereby accepted and approved by the C~ty of Denton,
Texas

City of Denton, Texas, do hereby certify to the Honorable C~ty Cotmcll
of said City that the work of zmprovzng the followLUg streets and
portions thereof zn the Czty of Denton, Texas, as described here~n, has
been completed by Public Construction Company LU accordance w~th the
terms of a contract entered into by and between the City of Denton, Texas,
and the sa~d Public Construction Company dated November 22, 1966, and
~n accordance w~th the terms of Ordinance No 67-2, passed and approved
on the 10th day of January A D 1967, ordering such zmprovements, and
that such ~mprovements have been constructed and completed zn full
canpl~ance with the terms of such contract, and with the plans and
speczficatlons there~n contained or referred to, and I do hereby
reccamend that the Honorable City Council accept and receive sa~d work
and mmprovements as constructed by the sa~d Public Construction Ccmpany,
the said streets and portzons thereof being described as follows
