IMPROVING CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY
OF DENTON, TESS
TH~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS,

Ordlnanlce No 66-30 , declarang the necessary for the
provements of the hereinafter named streets was passed on the
23rd day of August , 19 67 A D , and ordin-
ance No' 67-02 , closang the hearlng and levying the assess-
ments was passed on the 10 th, day of January , 19 67
A D , and the work of ~mproving the streets described on Exhibit
A, whlc'h is made a part hereof and attached hereto, has been
completed, the Director of Communaty Development of the Caty of
Denton ~avang measured, examined and caused to be tested the
f~nlshed amprovements by the means and 1n the manner provided
by the terms of such contract and of plans and specifications
therein contained, and the Director of Communaty Development
hav~ng found that such improvements have been constructed and
completed in full compliance with the terms of sa~d contract and
the plans and speclflcatlons/hherean contained, and having ap-
proved and acdepted saad improvements, and having recommended
that the C~ty Councal accept sa~d work and improvements, ~t
accordLngly, ordered that sald work and ~mprovements have been
found by the Mayor and City Councal of the C~ty of Denton to
have been performed and completed in full complaance wath the
terms of the sa~d contract and plans and spec~facatlons, the
same is no~Fhereby accepted and approved by the City of Denton,
Texas

described here~n, has been completed by Public Construction
Company in accordance with the terms of a contract entered ~nto
by and between the Cmty of Denton, Texas, and the sazd Public
Construction Company dated November 22, 1966, and mn accordance
with the terms of Ordinance No 67-2 passed and approved on
the 10th day of January, A D 1967, ordering such improvements,
and that such improvements have been constructed and completed
in full compliance w~th the terms of such contract, and wzth
the plans and specifications therein contained or referred to,
and I do hereby recommend that the Honorable C~ty Council accept
and receive said work and improvements as constructed by the

streets and portions thereof in the City of Denton, Texas, as
described herein, has been completed by Public Construction
Company ~in accordance with the terms of a contract entered into
by and between the City of Denton, Texas, and the said Public
