1967-034 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
DENTON~ TEXAS, BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN UNUSED
APPROPRIATIONS OF A DEPARTMENT TO A DEPARTMENT
REQUIRING SUCH FUNDS, AS DESCRIBED THEREIN, AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
.SECTION I,
That the budget fo~ the City of Denton, Texas,for the
City of Denton, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning on October
1, 1966, and endlng on September 30, 1967, adopted by Ordinance
No. 66-32, is hereby amended by amending sa~d Ordxnance No
66-32 to provide interdepartmental account transfers as fol-
lows, to wit

which transfers were recommended by the Director of Finance, and
shall be effective zmmedlately upon the passage of thls ordinance
SECTION II~
That this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon zts
passage.
