That the Zoning Map of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, 1961,
adopted as a Part of Parts II and III of Chapter 13, of the
Code of Ordinances of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, under pro-
v~s~ons of Ordinance No. 61-19, and the s~e ~s hereby amend-
ed as follows
Ail the hereinafter described property ~s hereby removed
from the "R" - ~ell~ng Distrlct as shown on sa~d map,
and all provisions of Parts II-and III of Chapter 13 of
the ~ode of Ordinances of the C~ty of Denton, Texas, as
provided by Ordinance No. 61-19, shall hereafter apply
to sa~d property as "A-2" - Dwelling D~str~ct ~n the
same ~nner as other property located ~n ~e "A-2" -
~ell~ng D~str~ct,
Ail that certain lot, tract or parcel of land s~tuated
~n the City and County of Denton, Texas, known as Lot
10 of Block 14 of the ~sley Park Addition, and known
as 2402 West Prairie ~n the C~ty of Denton, Texas.
SECTION II~
~at the City Council of the C~ty of Denton~ Texas,
hereby f~n~s that such change ~s ~n accordance w~th a comp-
rehens~ve plan for the purpose of promoting the general wel-
rate, of the City of Denton, Texas, and w~th reasonable con-
s~erat~on~ among ~ther th~ngs~ for the character of the
d~str~ct an~ for ~ts peculiar su~t~ll~ty or particular uses,
an~ with a view to conserving the value of the bu~ldlngs,
protecting h~n lives, an~ encouraging the most appropriate
uses of lan~ for the ~ximum benefit to the C~ty of Denton
an~ 1ts cltlzens.

SECTION III.
Provided that this zoning change shall be conditioned
upon the installation of all required parking facilities within
the above described area, and the validity of th~s entire
ordinance is based upon the fulfillment of sa~d conditIon
SECTION IV
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
lmmedxately after its passage and approval, the required
public hearings having heretofore been held by the Planning
and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the Clty of
Denton, Texas, after giving due notice thereof.
