1967-026 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
DENTON, TEXAS, 1961, AS SAME WAS ADOPTED AS A PART
OF PARTS II AND III OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, BY ORDINANCE NO. 61-19, AND
AS SAID MAP APPLIES TO CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS
LOT 1 OF BLOCK A OF THE JOHN ROADY ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DES-
CRIBED HEREIN, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, HEREBY ORDAINS
SECTION I~
That the Zonmng Map of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, 1961,
adopted as a Part of Parts II and III of Chapter 13, of the
Code of Ordinances of the Cmty of Denton, Texas, under pro-
vmsmons of Ordinance No. 61-19, and the same ms hereby amend-
ed as follows
All the heremnafter descrmbed property is hereby removed
from the "A-2" - Dwelling Dlstrmct for Town House use
only, as shown on samd map, by a condmtmonal zonmng ord-
inance, and all provmslons of Parts II and III of Chapter
13 of the Code of Ordinances of the C~ty of Denton,
Texas, as provided by Ordmnance No. 61-19, shall here-
after apply to samd property as "A-2" - Dwellmng Dmstrmct
for Medical Clmnlc uses only, sa~d use for Medmcal Cllnmc
purposes bemng a cond~tmon to the valldmty of thms ordmn-
ance,
All that certamn lot, tract or parcel of land smtuated
in the City and County of Denton, Texas, known as Lot 1
of Block A of the John Roady subdmvms~on as shown mn the
plat records on fmle in the County Clerks office of Denton
County, Texas.

That the Cmty Council of the Cxty of Denton, Texas, here-
by fxnds that such change ms ~n accordance w~th a comprehensmve
plan for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the
Cmty of Denton, Texas, and wmth reasonable consmderatmon, among
other things, for the character of the dmstrmct and for 1ts
pecu~mar suitabllmty or partmcular uses, and wmth a vmew to
conserving the value of the bumldmngs, protectmng human l~ves,
and encouraging the most approprmate uses of land for the
maxmmum benefmt to the Cmty of Denton and mrs cmtmzens
