apply to existing services only
SECTION II.
That effective w~th ~ts ~ovember, 1969, b~ll~ng dates,
the General Telephone Company of the Southwest is hereby
authorized to upgrade all resldenee four-party service to
residence two-party service, unless ~nd~v~dual-llne service
· s requested by a subscriber, to apply the approved tariff
rates for the h~gher grades of service, and to eliminate the
residence four-party serv~oe offering
