ORDINANCE APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO 1
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF DENTON
CITY OF DENTON
WHEREAS, pursuant to an ordznance passed by thzs City
Council on November 10, 1966, this Czty authorzzed the zssuance
of Time Warrants for the purpose of zmprovzng the Czty's azrport
by constructzng a hangar and offzce buzldzng and a ten unzt tee
hangar, and levyzng a tax for the payment of sazd Warrants,
accepted bzds for the constructzon of the Azrport Improvements,
and awarded contracts pursuant thereto, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such ordznance, the followzng bzd
was accepted A & S Steel Buildzngs, Inc , Dallas, Texas, for
the construction of one hangar and offzce buzldzng, zncludzng
15,000 square yards of asphalt pavzng, and for furnlshzng all
materials, supplies, machinery, equzpment, tools, supervzszon,
labor, insurance and other accessories and servzces necessary to
complete sa~d construction, and
WHEREAS, it zs to the best znterest of the City to
make the changes hereinafter mentzoned,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DENTON HEREBY ORDAINS
1 The C~ty of Denton hereby authorzzes the followzng
changes zn the above-named contract
(a) Door wzdths shall be 109 feet
(b) There shall be added an extenszon on the south
szde of the buzldzng, 19 feet by 120 feet, buzlt
substantzally to the same speczfzcatzons as the
remaznder of the buildzng

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This memorandum of agreement entered into by the C~ty of Denton Texas
signed by Mayor Warren Whitson, Jr after due authorization by the City
CoUncil of the City of Denton this 24th day of January 1967, and the
authorized representative of A & S Steel Bu,ldlngs Corporahon prowdes for
the following changes to a contract between the C~ty of Denton, Texas, and
the A & S Steel Buildings Corporation to build one airplane hangar to wit
1 Door w~dths shall be 109 feet
2 There shall be added an extension on the south s~de
of the building, 19 feet by 120 feet, built substantially
to the same specifications as the remainder of the
